Welcome to my new blog!

Hi everyone! I decided on a new blog to showcase my pins and other smaller artworks that will be for sale through her, on EBAY or on ETSY- maybe even some other e-commerce sites- who knows? Some of the posts about the pins from my other blog have been moved here, and of course new ones will be added. Take a look around- I hope you like the new decor!

I was able to finish up several pins today- these are ones that are ready for sale:


Art on Peach about 1.5 by 1.5 inches- hand painted, colorful fibers, gold colored wire, heart charm, glass and lucite beads. $20.00 Sold!!!


Abstract Laugh -red 1 inch by 2 inches, reds and oranges in abstract painting, mixed fibers, gold wire, lucite and glass beads. $20.00 SOLD!!!

Red Rose - about 2 inches by 1.75 diamond shaped handpainted, multicolored fibers, gold wire, glass beads. $20.00 SOLD!!!

Violet on Peach-1.75 inches by 1.75 inches freeform trapezoid. handpainted with multicolored fibers, gold colored wireing, glass and lucite beads. $20.00 Sold!!!

All of my pins are finished on the back with a handpainted fabric backing and are signed and dated by the artist.

Two are Complete!

Here are the first two pins to give you a better idea of where I'm going with these little works of art. The size is about 1.5 to 2.5 inches, some will be smaller, a couple of them may be bigger. These are on the larger side of the scale.

Spring Rose 1 Spring colors of coral and peach with fresh green on an aqua shaded swirled background. Glass beads, gold heart charm, mixed fibers and gold colored wire.

Abstract Red 1
I love this one! I think I'll keep it for myself, but there will be others very similar to it. silvery abstract design on an orange and red background with touches of teal running through it. Twisted multicolor fibers, gold wires, gold heart charm and glass beads complete the design. Sold!!!

Making Progress!

I am so excited about this new idea of mine that I couldn't even wait until Monday to start on it. I assembled all of my bits and pieces together in one place yesterday and laid down the first layers of base colors and began to work things out in my head. I even woke up in the middle of the night with new ideas for the art! This is true inspiration, and I just love when it happens!
More base colors and patterns are going down today, and some pieces will be cut for pin bases, maybe even a little assembly.....
